Qualifications

• Requisite skills include accuracy, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and strong written and oral communication.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Windows/Office applications; ability to learn practice-related software.
• Willingness to learn and use AI tools for appropriate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track financing schedules, document flow, and activities for public finance, structured finance and tax-related transactions from inception to closing.
• Prepare, review, and maintain consistency in transaction documents, including initial drafts, third-party documents, due diligence materials, and key structuring components.
• Facilitate and manage transaction closing schedules, ensuring all signatories are in place and documents are finalized for execution and closing.
• Assist with the preparation, filing, and review of reports and forms required by governmental agencies (e.g., IRS tax documents, state debt issuance filings, UCC financing statements).
• Conduct basic research and review statutory and administrative procedures to ensure compliance with IRS requirements.
