You will join a dynamic operations team in a supportive, collaborative environment, handling a high volume of matters and drafting contracts, easements, and corporate documents. Availability during business hours with occasional evenings/weekends is expected.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law.
• Demonstrated dedication and strong work ethic in prior roles.
• Availability during business hours, with some evenings/weekends for meetings.
• Exemplary personal skills and ability to manage client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a high volume of projects and oversee administrative staff.
• Draft and review contracts, easements, opinion letters, and corporate documents.
• Conduct client meetings by phone and in person.
• Lead and chair corporate client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with county real estate and recorder requirements.
• Efficiently manage electronic task lists and billing processes.
