Responsibilities

Structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions while ensuring tax efficiency and compliance across jurisdictions.

• Provide strategic counsel on tax‑efficient deal structures for acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures.
• Draft and negotiate complex agreements, including Purchase and Sale Agreements, commercial leases, and loan documents.
