Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in the Greater Chicago Area is seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney with strong M&A and corporate transaction experience. You will draft and negotiate complex agreements, coordinate deals from start to finish, and support cross-functional teams on related matters.

The role requires five years of transactional practice, an Illinois law license, and excellent writing and analytical skills. Hybrid work flexibility is offered with a focus on client service.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
• Minimum of 5 years of transactional experience.
• Strong drafting and negotiating experience.
• Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
