Job summary

Orionplacement in Boise, Idaho is seeking an attorney with transactional law experience to draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of contracts and transactional documents. You will work closely with clients and the experienced legal team to provide practical, strategic guidance.

The ideal candidate holds a Juris Doctor degree, an active Idaho license, and at least 1 year of directly relevant transactional experience, with strong drafting, negotiation, and research skills.

• 1+ years of directly relevant transactional law experience.
• Strong experience with contract drafting, review, and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and revise a wide range of contracts, agreements, and transactional documents.
• Advise clients on business transactions, corporate governance, contracts, and other commercial legal matters.
• Provide practical, strategic legal guidance tailored to each client's business objectives.
• Conduct legal research and analyze applicable laws, regulations, and legal issues.
• Support business formations, transactions, and other corporate matters.
• Identify legal risks and develop thoughtful solutions that protect client interests.
• Communicate directly with clients and build trusted, long-term professional relationships.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members to deliver efficient, high-quality legal services.
• Manage multiple matters and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.
