Job description

This position will be responsible for completing transactions, such as loans, hardship, termination distributions, QDROs, RMDs, and In-service distribution. They will follow a 7 step protocol to make sure the transaction is accurate and to prevent fraud. The position requires direct contact and interaction with participants.

Responsibilities

  • Responds to Plan Sponsor questions or co-ordinates with service providers
  • Maintains the ATCSF Admin system contact changes
  • Ongoing daily monitoring of support and team emails
  • Assists in overseeing plan sponsor service requests
  • Completes annual and interim notices and disclosures
  • Assist with Audit and YE Compliance Data Collection
  • Force out monitoring and processing

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associate Degree
  • At least 2 years of qualified plan experience
  • Qualified plan document experience would be a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks within established timeframe
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, preferred. Being familiar with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat a plus.
