This position supports the Treasury Management Operations Division in the Wholesale Lockbox Department. Responsibilities include processing payments, data input, proofreading, and assembling according to customer specifications. The role requires adherence to quality and production standards.

Job Duties:

• Prepare and reconcile client deposits
• Pre-process checks, verify payee and dollar amounts, stamp checks
• Number checks and backup documents
• Process complex accounts as needed
• Attach check images and prepare batches for mailing

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Sitting, standing, walking, typing, using a mouse, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Work under strict deadlines in a production setting

Additional Information:

• Full-time employment with benefits starting Day 1
• Salary range: $31,200 - $39,000 annually
• Overtime may be required
