Job description

We are seeking a Transaction Manager to join our team at our New York City headquarters or in Boca Raton, FL.

Responsibilities

• Sizing loans and providing competitive soft/preliminary quotes for multiple capital sources.
• Managing transactions end‑to‑end—from application through closing—ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met.
• Assisting with due diligence, data input, and information collection efforts.
• Tracking and managing all transaction activity, maintaining accuracy and momentum throughout the process.
• Completing market research through third‑party information sources.
• Acting as a key internal partner, helping drive efficiency and consistency across deal execution.

Metrics

• Client acquisition and churn.
• Volume of successful transactions.
• Accuracy and timeliness of analysis.
• Ability to help enhance team processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience working with HUD loan products.
• Prior commercial real estate experience required.
• Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational/project‑management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time‑management skills with a proven respect for deadlines.
• Driven, innovative, team player focused on results.
• Ability to size loans across all product types to fit clients’ needs.
• Ability to communicate strategically and effectively with clients.
• Advanced familiarity with alternative capital providers in the multifamily space.
• Self‑motivated with ability to multitask and possess exceptional analytical skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Compensation

Base salary range: $120,000 to $145,000 per year. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance reviewed during the annual review process.
