The Director will join a team that sources the business and their responsibility would be to place the debt with the support of an Analyst. The Director will be based in either our New York City headquarters or Atlanta, Georgia. **Responsibilities:*** Developing new and maintaining strong relationships with various capital sources and understanding their credit preferences.* Prescreening and qualifying transactions prior to the underwriting and marketing process.
