Join to apply for the Transaction Coordinator (Part-time) role at House Buyers of America, Inc.

House Buyers of America is seeking a remote, part-time Transaction Coordinator to oversee acquisitions and dispositions ensuring timely settlement. This role is a contract position (20 hours/week, no benefits) with work hours from 1-5 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Compensation ranges from $11 to $15 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure acquisitions are processed promptly for quick market entry.
  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact for customers throughout the settlement process.
  • Review and input contracts and settlement statements accurately into our CRM.
  • Manage relationships with title companies to ensure timely processing of settlements.
  • Support property marketing efforts, including professional photography, online listings, and staging.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure project completion before listing.
  • Assist with expansion into new geographic markets.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
