Tactex Recruiting Advisors is a recruiting company, and we're working on behalf of a Commercial Real Estate Investment Firm who's looking for a talented and high-character Investor Relations Transaction Coordinator.

As a member of the Investor Relations team, the Investor Relations Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for conducting daily tasks centered around the needs of our investors, registered representatives, and wholesalers. You will be responsible for processing trades and ensuring that our Subscription Agreements are p roperly completed . Investor Relations personnel are expected to effectively communicate via phone and email and assure that all duties are completed with accuracy and in a timely manner. This role requires that you have an appetite for learning and consistently increase your understanding, so you can take on more and more complex tasks and projects. The Transaction Coordinator also works very closely with Registered Representatives, Advisors, and our Wholesaling team to process trades.

Pay range: $28/hr-34/hr. ($58,250-$70,720)

Location: 100% Remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming investment paperwork with precision and attention to detail.
  • Communicate proactively with Qualified Intermediaries (QIs) or Custodians to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Review and verify that all paperwork is completed accurately and that all required documentation is provided.
  • Perform Form D and/or Custodial Reporting tasks as necessary.
  • Enter trade information into Salesforce with a high level of accuracy.
  • Save all trade documents to the server using consistent and appropriate naming conventions.
  • Assist with special projects as directed by your team lead or department manager, showcasing flexibility and a proactive attitude.
  • Cross-train and provide backup for team members during absences to maintain workflow continuity.
  • Complete diligent trade and report auditing, ensuring all inputs are accurate.
  • Process changes in registration efficiently and in compliance with established procedures.
