The Transaction Coordinator assists agents with coordinating all required tasks from contract ratification until closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review documents for missing initials and signatures
- Using electronic signature platform obtain any missing initials and signatures
- Open a file in our transaction platform and record all pertinent information and upload documents
- Deliver paperwork to lender, title, agent, cooperating agent, office and client
- Enter listing, upload photos and disclosures into MLS
- Schedule photography appointment, inspections, final walk through and settlement
- Track all contingency dates and deadlines, send reminder emails
- Maintain contact with agent, title company, lender, cooperating agent and clients
- Order sign installation and removal

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a transaction coordinator or in real estate administration preferred.
- Familiarity with contract documents, disclosures, and transaction timelines.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and cloud storage platform
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
