Job summary

Citi in Poland is seeking a Transaction Capture Representative to support Front Office Sales and Trading activities, maintain accurate position records, and reduce operational risk through precise booking of transactions.

The role is hybrid with up to 2 days at home per week, open to candidates with 0–1 year of related experience, strong English, and a global capital markets mindset. Citi offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in a related role.
• Advanced English spoken and written.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Studies preferred.
• Experience within or knowledge of Capital Markets.
• Efficient and effective with numerical tasks and transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report gaps, risks, and other improvement opportunities, then prepare solutions and eliminate discovered gaps.
• Support the on-boarding and training of new employees and support supervisor in preparation for the audit.

Job Overview
