Essential Functions:

• Assist with financial and operational analyses for buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
• Obtain an understanding of the work to be performed and the purpose of the engagement
• Assist with the preparation of Quality of Earnings databooks, proof of cash analyses, and materials for management interviews
• Prepare working papers that adequately document the analyses performed, procedures followed, and conclusions reached
• Coordinate with team members regarding client expectations, engagement timing, and project logistics
• Effectively communicate findings and potential issues identified during the engagement
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client and transaction information

Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled as a student in an accredited college or university with a major in accounting
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others
• High degree of discretion when handling confidential information
