Job summary

PKF O’Connor Davies is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Intern for Summer 2027 in Boston, MA. The intern will support buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements, analyzing historical financials and operational trends to identify sustainable earnings across industries.

You will work with managers and partners, uphold confidentiality, and contribute to high standards of client service. The role is part-time, with compensation $30.00-$32.00 per hour, and requires local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and research capabilities.
• Ability to meet client requirements and work additional hours as needed.
• Willingness to travel locally and have access to transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial and operational analysis in buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements.
