Baker Tilly US is seeking an Analyst to join our Transaction Advisory Services practice in Denver. You will deliver due diligence and transaction advisory services to meet client financial needs across multiple industries.

You will engage directly with Partners, gather data, review documents, analyze target companies, and support both buy- and sell-side processes. The role demands precision, teamwork, and the ability to manage several priorities under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory preferred.
• CPA designation or candidacy and/or advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present analyses to management.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Partners on client and engagement management.
• Perform data gathering, document review and quality of earnings preparation.
• Conduct research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Perform due diligence for buy-side, sell-side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communicate with clients to provide exceptional service.
