Job summary

Altitude Trampoline Parks is seeking a Court Monitor to help ensure the safety of guests and a positive, high-energy experience for all ages. You will monitor jumping surfaces, enforce park rules, and report hazards while maintaining a friendly, professional attitude.

You must be available on weekends, communicate clearly, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and uphold the Altitude SMILES philosophy as you support park operations and guest engagement.

Responsibilities

• Represent Altitude Trampoline Park professionally and uphold the park philosophy.
• Communicate and enforce park regulations in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain a positive guest experience through the SMILES philosophy.
• Report safety hazards to the leadership team.
• Perform patron surveillance from a designated area using a whistle for safety protocols.
• Remain alert and attentive at all times.
• Record equipment inspections.
• Complete daily trampoline safety checklist and report issues to the manager on duty.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Set up trampoline stations for activities like aerobics and dodgeball.
• Handle incidents according to training and assist management with community communications.
• Ensure a safe and secure facility for all park guests.
