Job summary

Altitude Trampoline Parks is seeking a Court Monitor to help keep guests safe on all jumping surfaces and foam pits. You will report to the Team Leader or Manager and represent the park with a professional, friendly attitude.

In this role you will enforce park rules, perform patron surveillance and safety checks, complete the daily trampoline safety checklist, set up stations for activities, and assist with events while maintaining a clean, energetic environment.

• Availability on weekends is required.

• Handle incidents per training and assist management in community communications.
• Ensure a safe and secure facility for all park guests.

Position Summary

A Court Monitor is responsible for ensuring the safety of patrons on and around jumping surfaces and foam pits. This position reports directly to the Team Leader or the Manager at Altitude Trampoline Park.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Altitude Trampoline Park professionally, upholding the park’s philosophy.
• Communicate and enforce park regulations and jumping rules in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain a positive guest experience through our SMILES philosophy.
• Report any potentially dangerous facility elements to the leadership team.
• Perform patron surveillance from a designated area, using a whistle for safety protocols.
• Remain alert and attentive at all times.
• Record equipment inspections.
• Complete the daily trampoline safety checklist and report any issues to the manager on duty.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Set up trampoline stations for activities such as aerobics, dodgeball, etc.
• Handle incidents appropriately according to training.
• Assist Park Management in communicating party activities to the community.
• Ensure a safe and secure facility for all park guests.
• Perform other services or duties as required by management.
