Transform the everyday with us

We are looking for a Training Team Assistant. This position will be based at our Fort Worth, TX site.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Coordinating and assisting with training team orders and preparation for training sessions; all vital materials and resources are available.
  • Monitoring all information flow, including maintaining paper and electronic files to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Prepare and build presentations, reports, statistical charts, and briefings to support decision-making and adhere to deadlines, quality standards, and team communication.
  • Assist with Project and Factory Documentation via Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive, ensuring all documents are well-organized and up to date.
  • Supporting Digital Learning platforms through data entry, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform general administrative tasks (scanning, filing, coordinating folders)
  • Develop and maintain tracking tools (walk-ins, discipline, pay changes, etc.).
  • Respond to basic employee P&O (HR) inquiries.
  • Developing ideas and strategies to support employee engagement and retention, contributing to a positive work culture and reducing turnover.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating a proven understanding of industry practices and standards.
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, enabling efficient task completion and communication.
  • Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing, and active listening, ensuring clear and compelling interactions with team members and stakeholders.
  • Effective organization and time management skills, such as prioritization and multitasking, to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
  • Phenomenal customer service skills, including a personable and positive attitude, to foster good relationships and ensure a encouraging work environment.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles to maintain smooth and accurate administrative processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • The pay range for this position is $51,800.00 - $88,800.00 The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
