Job description

Training Specialist (Level I, II, III, and IV)

TS/SCI with Polygraph Required

Contingent Upon Contract Award

OTA is on the lookout for an experienced Training Specialist to become a valuable part of our team. This role will be pivotal in fostering academic and professional growth within the Intelligence Community across various government entities, particularly in bolstering Learning Centers and Language Testing centers. Responsibilities (Level I, II, III, and IV)
  1. Provide learning facilitation support services
  2. Print reports and other training documents
  3. Compile and assemble routine correspondence and training records
  4. Provide assistance to instructors in the administration of courses
  5. Assist the instructor with classroom equipment and training documentation
  6. Address student issues pre-course, during, and post-course
  7. Send student welcome letters, kick-off letters and post-course material for platform training
  8. Process PEAK forms/evaluations. Enter student grades into the Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) system, and the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) as needed
Qualifications (Level I)
  1. Current TS/SCI clearance and Counter Intelligence polygraph
  2. High school diploma and 3 years of professional or academic experience
  3. 2 years of demonstrated experience in a professional or academic environment
  4. 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite products
  5. 3 years of experience planning, scheduling, and briefing techniques
  6. 2 years of experience with internal and external customer relations
  7. 2 years of experience with classroom computers, internet/intranet connectivity and office equipment
Qualifications (Level II)
  1. Current TS/SCI clearance and Counter Intelligence polygraph
  2. High school diploma and 5 years of professional or academic experience
  3. 1 year of demonstrated experience participating in a synchronous learning environment
  4. 4 years of demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g., EXCEL, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
  5. Ability to adapt to changing environments and short deadlines
  6. 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling presentations and briefings
  7. 4 years of experience with internal and external customer relations, issue/problem resolution
  8. 4 years of experience with classroom use of computers and internet/intranet connectivity skills, and operating general office equipment
Qualifications (Level III)
  1. Current TS/SCI clearance and Counter Intelligence polygraph
  2. High school diploma and 7 years of professional or academic experience
  3. 1 year of demonstrated experience participating in a synchronous learning environment
  4. 6 years of demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g., EXCEL, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
  5. Ability to adapt to changing environments and short deadlines
  6. 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling presentations and briefings
  7. 4 years of experience with internal and external customer relations, issue/problem resolution
  8. 4 years of experience with classroom use of computers and internet/intranet connectivity skills, and operating general office equipment
Qualifications (Level IV)
  1. Current TS/SCI clearance and Counter Intelligence polygraph
  2. High school diploma and 9 years of professional or academic experience
  3. 1 year of experience participating in a synchronous and asynchronous learning environment
  4. 6 years of demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g., EXCEL, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
  5. Ability to adapt to changing environments and short deadlines
  6. 7 years of experience in planning and scheduling presentations and briefings
  7. 4 years of experience with internal and external customer relations, issue/problem resolution
  8. 4 years of experience with classroom use of computers and internet/intranet connectivity skills, and operating general office equipment
