Job summary

The Unconventional is seeking a qualified Training Specialist to support SOCPAC and USINDOPACOM across expeditionary and contested environments. You will deliver diverse training modes, build materials, and coordinate with government and partner stakeholders to close critical gaps in operations.

Active Top Secret clearance is required. Travel may be required to multiple locations in the Asia-Pacific region, including Guam, Japan, Korea, the Philippines, and Singapore.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years delivering and evaluating training programs.
• Experience developing training materials and exercises.
• Coordinate with Government and partner stakeholders on training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Delivers classroom, on-the-job, and distance learning for platforms, systems, subsystems, and mission operations.
• Supports demonstrations, exercises, operator and maintainer interfaces, normal and degraded modes of operation, and partner familiarity with technologies, procedures, and mission considerations.
• Supports global classroom, on-the-job, and distance learning; training materials, demonstrations, exercises, operational systems training, mission training, partner-nation documentation, and tailored native-language support.
• Supports Training, Exercises, and Experimentation function

Job Description

Summary:
The Unconventional is seeking a qualified Training Specialist to support the Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) with critical, non-standard logistical gaps in expeditionary and contested environments for USINDOPACOM, including directorates, subordinate unified commands, component commands, direct reporting units, standing joint task forces, and mission partners.

Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Delivers classroom, on-the-job, and distance learning for platforms, systems, subsystems, and mission operations
• Supports demonstrations, exercises, operator and maintainer interfaces, normal and degraded modes of operation, and partner familiarization with technologies, procedures, and mission considerations
• Supports global classroom, on-the-job, and distance learning; training materials, demonstrations, exercises, operational systems training, mission training, partner-nation documentation, and tailored native-language support
• Supports Training, Exercises, and Experimentation function

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Must possess 7 years of relevant professional experience performing activities such as delivering work-related training and development programs, developing training materials and exercises, evaluating training effectiveness, supporting demonstrations and operational systems training, and coordinating with Government, partner-nation, and mission stakeholders.

Clearance: Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance
