Job summary

Proctor Loan Protector seeks a training specialist to develop and deliver programs for lending solutions teams. You will conduct both group and individual training, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes improving processes, documenting training, and coaching staff to enhance performance and accuracy across PLP systems.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • MS Office Word and Excel proficiency required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong insurance knowledge and analytical abilities.
  • Mastery of multiple processes and issue resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet production metrics and maintain low error rate.
  • Knowledge of Residential and Commercial Tracking.
  • Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business/financial discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Train new hires and existing teammates on PLP systems and processes.
  • Lead classroom-style and one-on-one training sessions.
  • Provide training communication and reporting; summarize topics and follow-up actions.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental rules and client expectations.
  • Develop and update Quality Control Standards; suggest process improvements.
  • Create/edit training materials and coach staff on updates.
  • Monitor data entry quality; provide feedback for coaching.
  • Possess strong knowledge of department processes and root-cause analysis.

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for training and coaching new hires and existing teammates on Lender Solutions departmental tasks and procedures.

Essential Duties and Functions
  • Conduct training classes on PLP systems and processes, whether a new hire class of newly started team members, or a continued development course for existing staff.
  • This position requires the ability to lead classroom style and one-on-one training discussions for extended periods of time on a regular basis.
  • Provide training communication and reporting on any training completed, as well as complete a summary of topics learned and recommendations for follow-up and improvements.
  • Delivery of departmental rules and expectations to new persons in an exacting manner.
  • Assist in developing and updating Quality Control Standards to assure that all processes within Proctor Loan Protector maintain an excellent quality rating.
  • Suggest process improvement to management
  • Create new / edit existing training documentation and key training tips for new and existing staff / Coach staff on process updates
  • Works to ensure that our processes remain in compliance with regulations and our client expectations.
  • Monitor random sampling of all data entry and provide error feedback to managers for coaching and mentoring of staff.
  • Demonstrate high level of knowledge of all processes within the departments trained.
  • Research errors for root cause analysis.
  • Understand all insurance requirements for both residential and commercial tracking
  • Strong Communication capacity with clients and leadership; clearing issues working deficiencies and tracking policies
  • Maintain superior levels of quality and production metrics.
  • Ability to take on more responsibility as needed, including additional classes, audits, and other support functions.
  • Back-up existing staff as needed

Physical Requirements

Necessary on a Regular Basis:

  • Repetitive motion.

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including skills, experience, work location and more. We offer competitive pay while still allowing for compensation growth within the position and company.
