Job summary

Lithium Nevada seeks a Training Specialist to design, implement, and improve training programs for Thacker Pass operations in Nevada. You will work with the Training Superintendent, department leaders, and contractors to align training with SAT standards and ensure compliance.

You will manage LMS records, create engaging materials and On-the-Job guides, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of training experience in mining or chemical processing environments.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience designing and coordinating OJT and compliance-based programs.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

In This Role, You Will

• Collaborate with the Training Superintendent and department leaders to implement, evaluate, and continuously improve training programs for Thacker Pass employees, contractors, and vendors.
• Design and update training materials, job aids, and On-the-Job (OJT) guides aligned with the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT).
• Manage and maintain training records, schedules, and content within the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align training expectations and standards.
