Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver engaging training for call center agents and cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes virtual delivery, adult learning principles, and collaboration with the Learning, Knowledge, and Innovation team.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of trainer experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to design effective training materials while supporting learners and leadership with post-training resources.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience as a trainer or facilitator.
• Passion for training and desire to facilitate in a virtual classroom environment.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques.
• Some experience with curriculum development, presentation, and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to new and existing call center agents and general training for other departments such as field services teams.
• Facilitate virtual training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Adapt training delivery to various learning styles and needs.
• Design visually engaging and interactive training material and presentations for learners that meets modern adult learning principles and varied learning needs.
• Collaborate with LKI training team, SMEs, and account lenders to ensure training materials are effective and user-friendly.
• Provide post-training support and resources to learners and call center leadership.
• Assess training outcomes through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.

The pay range for this position is$48,300.00-$69,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
