What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 6 years in a student service-related role
- Minimum of 1 year of student service experience in operations (with 2 years preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of training, coaching, or student-facing quality assurance experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of content management software; Salesforce experience is a plus
