The Training Specialist is responsible for supporting the effective planning, coordination, delivery, and administration of organizational training programs.
This role serves as a key administrative partner in the development and execution of employee learning and development initiatives, including managing logistics for training sessions, maintaining accurate training records, assisting in the creation of training content, and facilitating New Hire Orientation.
Additional training facilitation in the areas of management, technical and soft skills training. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, training facilitation, and experience working with Learning Management Systems.
