The Training Specialist plays a critical role in the implementation, training, and support of the operational and financial software. They lead the training of end users based on business requirements, create training content, configure the training experience, conduct user support, and assist with user acceptance testing. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, the Training Specialist provides comprehensive user support and training. They drive continuous improvement of processes and actively contribute to training system upgrades and enhancements. This role demands strong communication and stage‑presence abilities, attention to detail, and effective stakeholder collaboration. The Training Specialist brings industry‑specific expertise and plays a key role in optimizing business operations. This position will be a hybrid role.
