Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, or Organizational Development preferred.
• Six Sigma, Project Management, and Instructional Design certifications preferred.
• 10+ years' experience with designing training with emphasis on adult education.
• 10+ years' foundation knowledge and use of learning theory and instructional design techniques.
• 10+ years' project management experience.
• 5 years' experience with leading teams or responsible for the performance of others.
