Job summary

Qualifications

• Plans and organizes the group training program and assists unit training managers to ensure combat readiness.
• Assists with processing of all career development course (CDC) waivers, reenrollment requests, and two-time CDC failures for the group and supported units.
• Administers Formal School Training and Distance Learning Programs.
• Responsible for overall management of on-the-job training (OJT) program for the group and oversight of supported unit OJT programs.
• Manages the seasoning training program (STP).
• Plans/schedules unit training assembly support.
