  7. Assess employees’ needs for training and further development.
  8. Influence leaders and stakeholders; demonstrate effective consulting and coaching skills, with an ability to influence in all directions and at all levels.
  9. Engage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment and action towards goals.
  10. Deliver results with little supervision in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
  11. Create and maintain a culture of engagement by routinely listening to feedback from leaders, associates, and customers.
  12. Maintain expertise in role by staying current on tools, process, and procedures.

  4. Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  5. Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  6. Open to 75% - 100% travel during peaks
  7. 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  8. 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  9. Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  10. Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
