Job summary

Bestica is hiring a Training Program Administrator to provide services at Mercy Health Hospital in St. Louis, MO 63141. The contractor will collaborate with military leadership and educators to facilitate didactic and clinical hands-on instruction for the task order.

Requirements include an undergraduate degree in healthcare administration or related field with 5 years of healthcare administration or project management experience. Master’s degree is highly desired; NDA will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or business-related field with 5 years of proven healthcare admin or project management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Air Force and professional standards.
• Knowledge of military and civilian policy and procedure guidelines.
• Non-Disclosure Agreement in place with the contractor's company.

Job Details: Job Location: FOPR 26-51 - St. Louis, MO 63141, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: 4 Year Degree, Job Shift: Day, Bestica is hiring a Training Program Administrator to provide their services at Mercy Health Hospital located in St. Louis, MO 63141

Description of Services: The contractor shall meet all requirements per the basic contract and provide professionally and technically qualified individual(s) to perform all tasks in the following paragraphs to fulfill the requirements of this task order. The Contractor will collaborate with military leadership and Educators located within the Mercy Health hospitals to facilitate both didactic and clinical hands-on instruction.

Qualifications: Mandatory Qualifications

• The contractor employee shall possess a minimum of an undergraduate degree in healthcare administration; or business-related field with 5 years of proven experience as a healthcare administrator, certified project manager or in a related area(s).
• The contractor shall possess extensive knowledge and understanding of applicable Air Force and professional standards.
• The contractor shall possess knowledge of military and civilian guidelines that govern policy and procedure.
• The contractor employee must have a Non-Disclosure Agreement in place with their company, and the company must provide a copy to the Program Manager of this task order. This is necessary to mitigate transfer of any confidential, proprietary and/or sensitive information while in this position.

Desired Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in above fields is highly desired.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting with clinical trauma (ER/ICU) is highly desired.
