Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express store. You will hire, coach, and direct team members to reach financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

We provide a 3+ week Store Leadership Training program and mentorship to help you succeed within our Panda family. This role is based in Auburn, Alabama, with the potential for internal relocation within a 50-mile radius.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
