You will report to the Center Manager, coordinate and deliver employee orientation and training, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

This full‑time role requires hands‑on leadership, the ability to manage cross‑functional teams, and a commitment to high standards of GMP and worker safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Capable of bending, reaching, walking, standing for the entire shift, lifting up to 32 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
• Must tolerate prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Monitor center training needs to ensure completion of cross-training and annual re-certification training.
• Review Quality Control Records.
• Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in the hiring process.
• Manage the production area, motivate employees to meet performance goals and comply with company quality standards and procedures.
• Consult with and refer to management team for escalated donor/employee concerns.
• Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
