Training Operations Lead

As our Training Operations Lead, you\'ll own the operational engine behind our Instructor-Led Training (ILT) programs - focused on crane and rigging. From instructor scheduling and curriculum management to customer coordination, materials, systems, and training logistics, you\'ll ensure every course is delivered with consistency and excellence.
This is a highly cross-functional role who will work with internal teams as well as clients, vendors and partners. You are someone who thrives on building scalable processes, optimizing workflows, and using technology to improve how work gets done. You\'ll bring strong operational and technical aptitude and a continuous improvement mindset. This is a fully remote position. While we welcome applicants nationwide, candidates within driving distance of an ITI training center will be given priority consideration due to the nature of the role.
Pay: $70,000-$90,000 annual salary
Final compensation will reflect the candidate's experience and demonstrated impact.
