We are currently looking for a Training Materials Administrator (TMA)to join our Controller Training Solutions (CTS) team, partnering with SAIC at the Jacksonville ATCT (ZJX)supporting air traffic controller training services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
The Training Materials Administrator is responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical duties necessary to run an organization. These duties include but are not limited to: (1) performing and coordinating office administrative activities including storing, retrieving, and integrating information for dissemination to staff and clients (2) appropriately and confidentially, when necessary, accessing, entering, and extracting information from designated government databases and (3) occasionally coordinate travel arrangements, as well as process payroll and approve timesheets.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong working knowledge of a variety of office equipment, such as fax machines, photocopiers, scanners, and videoconferencing and telephone systems, and be proficient with computers to create spreadsheets, compose correspondence, manage databases; and create error-free reports and documents.
