Socket.dev is seeking a Training Manager to lead security training for the Federal Services Division. You will plan, coordinate, facilitate, and present training, ensuring high-quality instruction for contracts under FSD.
Key duties include LMS management, onboarding, recordkeeping, compliance, and licensure tracking, with a focus on effective instruction and accurate reporting. Applicants should have a BA or equivalent and prior adult education experience in security.
The Training Manager will provide, at a minimum, planning, schedules, coordinates, facilitates, and present training focused on providing the highest quality security personnel for the contracts supported by the Federal Services Division (FSD).

To perform this job successfully, the Training Manager must possess intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and should have a working knowledge of Learning Management Systems, Internet programs, and other software as required.
Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Must be a United States citizen. Ability to obtain State Trainer Certification, Weapons Trainer Certification (NRA, etc.)
