Caterpillar is seeking a Training Manager for Mapleton, IL, leading an onsite team to shape onboarding and ongoing training for about 1,200 employees across two sites. In this role you will be the onsite manager of the operations training team of 5+ team members between the two sites, supporting approximately 1200 employees in their onboarding and ongoing training experience. Your primary responsibility is to oversee all operations development aspects within the facility while working closely with the Senior Manager Human Resources, Factory Manager, and on-site senior leaders. As a member of the Human Resources team, you will need to have a growth mindset, promote continuous improvement, and help build a defect-free culture.
