About the Training Logistics Coordinator Role

As a Training Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our client’s training operations by managing communications, documentation, and logistics. You will work directly with the client to ensure important training courses and processes are handled with accuracy and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in detail-oriented work, enjoys problem-solving, and communicates effectively in both written and verbal form.

A typical day includes monitoring client mailboxes for training requests, clarifying questions with the client, submitting and tracking processes in systems like ServiceNow, and occasionally handling special client projects. You’ll also perform quality assurance checks—both on your own submissions and for the processing team—to ensure accuracy at every step.

  • Experience with systems such as ServiceNow (preferred, not required).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • A high school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screen required.
  • We are currently NOT hiring in the following geographies, including but not limited to: States AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT, NY; Metro Areas: Minneapolis, Chicago, New York City, Portland, Montgomery County, Seattle, and Washington, DC.
  • Must pass an internet speed test (download >= 25 Mbps, upload >= 5 Mbps, ping <= 175 ms).
  • Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router.
Pay and Benefits

Pay transparency: actual salaries will vary by location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. Conduent provides health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. Estimated salary range for this role is $40,320 - $50,400.
