Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed instructions with strong attention to detail.
• Basic operational, mechanical, and technical skills.
• Strong people skills, including active listening and clear communication.
• Flexible schedule and overtime availability.
• Completion of Trainer Certification within the designated timeframe.
• Completion of Everyday Coaching Certification within the designated timeframe.
• 1–2 years of proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create and update training materials using standardized formatting and processes
• Review trainee performance and provide consistent, standardized feedback
• Deliver training using visual, auditory, and hands-on (kinesthetic) learning methods
• Assess individual learning styles in real time and adapt training approach as needed
• Support NCE and Advanced Initiatives, including TPM and Lean, within a manufacturing environment
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times
• Comply with all FDA and USDA rules, procedures, and work practices
