SAIC seeks an experienced Training Lead in North Charleston, SC to guide a team of Instructional Systems Designers and oversee the development and delivery of USMC training products. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or Psychology.
• Active progress toward a relevant training certification.
• Ten years of work experience in training or ISD.
• Minimum five years in C4ISR, training needs analysis, and training program development.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise ISDs and training personnel.
• Oversee curriculum development and instructor-led/computer-based training.
• Develop training products (lessons, checklists, videos, job aids, presentations).
• Conduct needs assessments and job task analyses to guide curriculum design.
• Manage development schedules and resources for on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve training products and measure effectiveness.
