Imperial Supplies LLC, a Grainger Company, is seeking a Training Intern for Summer 2027 at our Green Bay headquarters. You’ll engage in designing and supporting training programs and materials while exploring how different areas of the business interact.

The role offers hands-on learning with cross-functional exposure, the chance to work with subject matter experts, and the opportunity to gain practical skills in documentation, e-learning, and workplace safety.

Training Intern – Summer 2027

Our downtown Green Bay headquarters is full of dynamic and fun people who want to share their knowledge!

As an intern at Imperial, we’ll help you design an experience that meets your learning objectives while helping you explore how the areas of our business relate and interact. You’ll enjoy a variety of day-to-day work assignments, cross-functional meetings, exposure to executive leadership, and soft skill development.

Imperial Supplies is a growing distributor of fleet maintenance products. We’ve been based in Green Bay since 1958 and have a strong history of double-digit annual growth!

• Paid internship starting in Summer 2027
• Duration of 12 weeks, up to 20 hours per week, depending on student interest and availability
• Expectation to work from the Green Bay office periodically to support collaboration, facilitation, and team engagement
• Willing to provide supporting documentation for students seeking school credit

Potential learning outcomes and responsibilities:

• Draft, edit, and format training materials, including job aids, e-learning modules, presentations, and other learning resources.
• Coordinate the development and completion of training materials to support scheduled training sessions.
• Partner with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure training content is accurate and effective.
• Maintain and organize training content, resources, and documentation.
