Job summary

Imperial Supplies, a Grainger Company, is seeking an Outside Sales Intern for Spring 2027 at our Green Bay headquarters. You will participate in day-to-day tasks, attend cross-functional meetings, and gain exposure to executive leadership while shaping your learning objectives.

This paid internship runs for 12 weeks with up to 20 hours per week, requiring active college enrollment. You will build Excel dashboards, conduct customer research, and learn how our sales teams navigate the selling

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a 2- or 4-year accredited college in a relevant course of study.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations.

As an intern at Imperial, we’ll help you design an experience that meets your learning objectives while helping you explore how the areas of our business relate and interact. You’ll enjoy a variety of day‑to‑day work assignments, cross‑functional meetings, exposure to executive leadership, and soft skill development.

Imperial Supplies is a growing distributor of fleet maintenance products. We’ve been based in Green Bay since 1958 and have a strong history of double‑digit annual growth!

• Paid internship starting in Spring 2027
• Duration of 12 weeks, up to 20 hours per week, depending on student interest and availability
• Expectation to work from the Green Bay office periodically to support collaboration, facilitation, and team engagement
• Willing to provide supporting documentation for students seeking school credit

Potential learning outcomes and responsibilities:
