Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or qualifying equivalency.
• 1 year online instruction at undergrad level or military equivalent.
• 2 years supervisory/leadership/teaching experience (federal civilian preferred).
• Experience developing online course content in an LMS (modules, assessments, activities).
• Knowledge of instructional design principles (adult learning theory).
• Experience creating instructional materials (fact sheets, guides, manuals).
• Experience using virtual classroom platforms and integrating with LMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide stand-up instruction and facilitate in-person training sessions, workshops, and group presentations.
• Maintain participant engagement and clearly convey learning objectives.
