Job Description:

Summary:

• The Training andInstructional Design Specialist is responsible for delivering engaging andeffective training programs to employees and store members,ensuring they gain the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in theirroles.
• The Specialist willconduct both in-person and virtual training sessions, utilizing variouslearning methods, tools, and resources to create an interactive andpositive learning experience.
• The role requiresexcellent communication skills, a passion for helping others grow, and theability to adapt to training content to meet the diverse needs of trainingrecipients.

Training Delivery:

• Facilitate in-person andvirtual training sessions on various topics, including SAP and othercompany-specific programs, in both English and Spanish language.
• Use a variety ofinstructional techniques, such as group discussions, hands-on activities,role-playing, case studies, and multimedia, to engage learners and promoteactive participation.
• Adjust delivery styles andcontent to accommodate different learning styles and audience needs.

Training Preparation:

• Review and familiarizeyourself with training materials before each session to ensure content isclear, accurate, and aligned with the learning objectives.
• Set up training spaces(virtual or physical) with necessary materials, technology, and equipmentprior to sessions.
• Prepare any assessments,quizzes, or activities needed to reinforce key learning points andevaluate participant understanding.

Participant Engagement:

• Create a positive,inclusive, and respectful learning environment that encouragesparticipation, open dialogue, and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor participantengagement and adjust the pace or delivery of content as necessary tomaintain attention and support understanding.
• Provide one-on-oneassistance to learners as needed during or after training sessions toclarify concepts or address individual questions.

Feedback and Evaluation:

• Collect feedback fromparticipants at the end of each training session to gauge theeffectiveness of the training and identify areas for improvement.
• Evaluate participantperformance through assessments, surveys, and follow-up conversations toensure learning objectives are met.
• Report training feedbackand outcomes to the Training and Instructional Design Manager includingrecommendations for improving future sessions.

Learning Resource Management:

• Assist in the developmentand maintenance of training materials, guides, and resources that can beused for ongoing learning or as reference materials.
• Ensure that all trainingmaterials are updated and remain relevant, accessible, and aligned withthe latest industry trends or organizational needs.

Collaboration with Training Team:

• Collaborate with theTraining Manager and other team members to continuously improve trainingprograms and ensure they align with the organization's learning anddevelopment goals.
• Participate in teammeetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for improvingtraining processes and participant outcomes.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on bestpractices in training facilitation, learning methodologies, and newtechnologies or tools that can improve training delivery.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree inEducation, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

• Experience deliveringboth in-person and virtual training to diverse groups of employees.
• Candidate must beproficient in English and Spanish Language
• Excellent CommunicationSkills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability toexplain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Facilitation Skills:Skilled in leading group discussions, managing group dynamics, andmaintaining participant engagement.
• Adaptability: Ability tomodify training delivery based on participant needs, group size, andlearning objectives.
• Technical Proficiency:Comfortable using a variety of learning tools and technologies (e.g., LMS,webinar platforms, PowerPoint, Zoom, etc.).
• Problem-Solving: Abilityto quickly identify issues during training sessions and find effectivesolutions to keep participants on track.
• Time Management: Capableof managing multiple training sessions and adjusting to changes inschedules or content requirements.
• Empathy & Patience:Ability to understand and support learners with different backgrounds,learning styles, and challenges.

A reasonable, good faith The anticipated base paycompensation range for this position is$65000 to$70000 per years as base salary
