Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation seeks a Training Innovation Coordinator to identify, evaluate, pilot, and implement innovative learning solutions that boost workforce capability and training effectiveness. This role specializes in emerging training technologies and scalable rollout across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years of relevant experience, or 12–14 years in lieu of degree.
• Experience designing, implementing, or evaluating workforce development or learning programs.
• Experience introducing new technologies, systems, tools, or methodologies into organizational environments.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Knowledge of emerging learning technologies, AI-enabled learning solutions, mobile learning, simulation-based training, and workforce development trends.

Job Summary:

The Training Innovation Coordinator identifies, evaluates, pilots, and implements innovative learning solutions that improve workforce capability development and training effectiveness. The position serves as the organization's specialist for emerging training technologies, learning methodologies, and workforce development trends while ensuring scalable implementation of high-value training innovations across projects.
This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership

Major Responsibilities:

• Research emerging training technologies and methodologies.
• Evaluate digital learning tools, mobile learning platforms, simulations, and AI-enabled learning solutions.
• Develop business cases and implementation recommendations for training innovations.
• Partner with Training Operations and Training Servicesleadership to pilot, implement, and scale innovative learning solutions.
• Develop implementation plans and adoption strategies.
• Develop methods for measuring training effectiveness and business impact.
• Analyze training metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain awareness of industry best practices and workforce development trends.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience in liu of degree.
  

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience designing, implementing, or evaluating workforce development or learning programs.
• Experience introducing new technologies, systems, tools, or methodologies into organizational environments.
• Experience developing implementation plans, business cases, and adoption strategies.Experience using learning analytics and performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Knowledge of emerging learning technologies, AI-enabled learning solutions, mobile learning, simulation-based training, and workforce development trends.
• Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ability to conduct research and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong project planning and change management skills.
• Ability to build implementation roadmaps and deployment strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and develop performance metrics.
• Effective facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting enterprise-level initiatives.
