What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Coordinate logistical components for online and in-person training sessions, including user workstations and class schedules

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Training Material Development
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Instructor-Led Training Delivery
- Proficiency in MS Office Software, particularly PowerPoint and MS Word
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for effective training delivery

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with online training platforms or learning management systems
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Previous experience in a corporate training environment
