What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and implement training programs aligned with company initiatives and strategies
- Plan and design educational curricula based on business goals and employee needs
- Manage and evaluate the performance of trainers and the training department infrastructure
- Contribute to departmental quality by reviewing and implementing improved policies and procedures
- Administer the department's budget and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred
- 7-10 years of directly related experience with a focus on training program design and execution
- 8+ years of progressive management experience
- Extensive knowledge of various training methods including e-learning and workshops
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
