Job summary

Transitional Services for New York, Inc. (TSINY) seeks a Training & Development Specialist for its Corporate Compliance department in Whitestone, NY. The role implements and tracks internal training infrastructure and provides administrative and technical support for training functions.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of compliance/training experience in a psychiatric population, and be prepared to travel to multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3 years' compliance, training and clinical experience with psychiatric population.
• Experience with training programs and staff development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly orientation sessions and agency trainings (PFS, RC, DEI).
• Run Relias reports to track training compliance and notify leadership of gaps.
• Assist with annual training calendar and staff communications.
• Update Relias training platform (enrollments, completions, schedules).
• Distribute RC Champions curriculum and schedule sessions as directed.
• Track instructor certifications (RC, PFS).
• Provide documentation for audits of training records.
