We’re seeking a hands-on Training & Development Program Lead to build and continuously improve DCC’s training programs, systems, and resources. This individual-contributor role partners with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), HR, Quality, peer trainers, and department leaders to turn manufacturing processes and technical knowledge into clear, visual, and practical training materials.
The Program Lead owns the training framework, documentation, coordination, measurement, and follow-through. SMEs and functional leaders own technical content and approval, while department leaders retain responsibility for employee supervision and performance. This position has no direct reports and leads through collaboration and influence.

This role involves a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, prolonged computer work, some standing and walking, occasional noise and temperature changes, and lifting up to 15 pounds. Travel by air and car, including occasional overnight stays, is required. A valid driver’s license is required.
