We are committed to building a better world and are looking for a dedicated Training & Development Leader to coordinate training for employees within a Ford Manufacturing plant in Kansas City, MO. Your role will involve developing and managing training programs to enhance workforce skills and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage the Ford Manufacturing Training System using standardized processes and tools.
  • Conduct training needs analysis at various organizational levels.
  • Develop and oversee annual training plans, ensuring completion and effectiveness.
  • Manage training budgets and records to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Secure funding and resources to support training initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires and transfers.
  • Monitor trainer and coach certifications for continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate training impact through data collection and reporting.
  • Manage training tracking systems and generate reports.
  • Lead plant training committees and initiatives.
Qualifications

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Performance Technology or related field.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Human Performance Technology, experience in manufacturing, working with unions, and leadership experience.
